Estimates in SalesBinder can be placed in 4 different statuses:
- Open: The estimate is open is awaiting to be approved
- Closed: The estimate has been approved and converted into an invoice
- Expired: The estimate has sat unapproved for beyond the expiry date
- Declined: The estimate was not approved by the customer
Also note: You can change the default amount of days an estimate expires by going into your “Settings” “Estimates” tab and entering a different value.
