Feb 27, 2026 Changes
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re gradually rolling out beta testing access to our new SalesBinder version! You’ll see a new login screen and version selector when it’s available for your account.

We had originally planned to release a small preview of our major new version of SalesBinder this month (January). However, our progress has been significantly faster than anticipated, and we have decided to release an almost fully completed new version of our software in mid-February. We can't wait to get this in your hands!
Apr 9, 2025 New Feature
Our Quantity Ledger report is now available for all inventory items combined. You're now able to review all changes made to all your inventory quantities in a single report with the ability to export that data to review as a spreadsheet. Just go to Reports --> Quantity Ledger to try it out!
Mar 10, 2025 New Feature
Our web app now supports Pop-Out Windows, allowing you to open the primary center panel in a separate browser tab or window. This feature lets you view key information such as your inventory list or invoices — independently, giving you the flexibility to arrange your workspace as needed. Just go to Tools --> Open Pop-Out Window, to try it out.
Feb 14, 2025 New Feature
Subcategories are now supported when setting up and managing your inventory categories! You can now place categories within other categories and filter things by the top-level category (which combines all subcategories together), or by a specific subcategory.

We’ve improved QuickBooks Online synchronization! Invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, payments, and refunds now sync more seamlessly by automatically fixing common syncing issues, ensuring your financial data stays accurate and up-to-date.
